We’re So Glad You’re Thinking of Visiting

John 1:45-46  “We have found him about whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus son of Joseph from Nazareth." Nathanael said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?"  Philip said to him, "Come and see."

Sunday Services at Grace, Holy Eucharist
Sunday School meets at 9:45 am on Sundays in the Parish Hall at Grace
Sunday Eucharist meets at 10:00 am in the chapel/church.

You are invited to visit Grace Church, meet the people who make Grace a warm, and welcoming community, meet our clergy, enjoy our holy services and fellowship events - We'd love to meet you or you can contact us through email at graceplace3@comcast.net or by phone: 302-478-9533.

Location:  We are located on southbound Route 202 at 4900 Concord Pike, across from Concord Mall, between Shop Rite and Kohls. It is the large church with the low stone wall, large cemetery, and the red doors.

Enter through the iron gates and park in the parking lot to the left of the church.  Then enter through the red doors in the breezeway.  We will be meeting in the big church or the more cozy chapel, an usher will direct you.

Below is some information that will help answer questions about joining us for worship.

As you enter the church doors, you will be greeted warmly and asked if you are visiting.  Our ushers will give you a service bulletin that contains the service.  This will be you guide to our worship.  Visitors are given a gift bag with information about Grace.

Our rector will refer to the Book of Common Prayer (BCP-1979), which is the blue or red book found in the pew rack in front of you.  All hymns will be in the hymnal.  The hymnal has a blue cover. The hymn number is in the bulletin and listed on the boards at the front of the church on either side.

Please sit where you are comfortable. If you are concerned about where to sit, an usher will be happy to help you find a location.

At Grace Episcopal Church, all baptized Christians are welcome to share the Holy Eucharist (wine and wafer). Everyone is welcome to participate in the service. If it is physically difficult for you to walk down the aisle to the altar rail for communion, please let an usher know and the Priest will bring communion to you.

Please feel comfortable asking questions and seeking information from the ushers, greeters, clergy, or staff.

We rejoice you chose to worship with us today and pray your worship experience will be spiritually rich and satisfying. We also hope you will join us for coffee hour, in our Parish Hall, following the service. Our greeters will help you find your way!

God’s Blessings Be With You
